Fiber Disk-coated are best used for light deburring on flat metal surfaces. Used on right angle (high speed and low speed) power hand tools.
Fiber Disk feature a coarser, tougher more aggressive web construction than our regular surface conditioning discs for heavier deburring, cleaning and finishing applications.

Universal Flexible Holder
Our Universal flexible holder is made of durable materials for less critical grinding and surface conditioning applications. Use with SCM Wheels they are very simple to assemble and maintain.
Assembly consists of a suitable Surface
These are universal type so the whole surface area can be processed by this universal fixture. It can be rotated up to 3000 RPM diameter in 120mm and it works on self clicking principal of Velcro. No adhesive or spanner required.
SCM available in Coarse, Medium & very fine grades. One can also attach in the same Disc impregnated wheel up to 12mm thick and coated paper/cloth with Velcro.
On a particular spot removing one can tighten the nut and work on an angle of aprx. 5deg. or suitable.
Belt - Surface Cond. Material (non-woven)
These unique surface conditioning belts are used worldwide to finish, polish and buff metal, wood and plastic surfaces.
A reinforced non-woven nylon material spliced into belt form provides a more consistent, more appealing finish in decorative finishing applications. Resists loading and reduces heat build-up, increasing life and improving performance.
No loading, excellent for wood, Aluminium and soft materials.
New surface conditioning belts feature a tougher, more aggressive, non-woven nylon abrasive impregnated web construction than regular surface conditioning belts.
Generally, low speeds are recommended for generating very uniform satin finishes, finishing aluminum alloys without lubricants, and woodworking applications. Higher speeds are recommended when removing imperfections prior to buffing. High belt speed will result in faster cut along with finer finishes.
